Parenting isn’t an individual effort. Raising a child is better with support from your village, and for those facing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and psychosis, it’s vital.
The Life With A Baby Foundation exists to help parents find and build that essential support system. We develop peer-support programs, support groups, and resources to help moms navigating maternal mental health challenges.
Help us realize a world where we prevent Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders wherever possible, provide support when inevitable, and where maternal health is conventional.
We run programs in English, Chinese, Russian and Korean.
