Our Mission
The Hazelden Betty Ford Society of Canada (HBFSC) is a nonprofit organization, a Canadian charity that supports the mission of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation by providing financial assistance to Canadian individuals and families struggling with the disease of addiction, individual treatment, Family Program, and Children’s Program. It also promotes education about addiction and Hazelden Betty Ford services to Canadian professionals who interact with Canadians suffering from addiction. Additionally, the Society works with like-minded organizations to raise awareness about the disease of addiction through education.
About Hazelden Betty Ford Society of Canada
The goals of the Society are to:
- Raise funds that will provide financial assistance for Canadians seeking treatment at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation for addiction to alcohol and other drugs.
- Work with like-minded Canadian organizations and individuals to advocate treatment for and recovery from the disease of addiction.
- Promote education about addiction and treatment to professionals who interact with Canadians suffering from addictions.
