On Saturday, June 1, 2024, I am walking in the Hamilton Council on Aging's 2nd Annual 5KM Walk4Healh at T.B. McQuesten Community Park, beginning at 10am.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will support positive aging programs for local seniors, with a percentage being donated to the United Way Halton & Hamilton (UWHH).
For over 17 years, the Hamilton Council on Aging (HCoA) has been working to advance positive aging ~ promoting the health, well-being, and social participation of ALL older adults!
