April is Halton Learning Foundation (HLF) Month and it's a terrific time to help students needing support for food, clothing, school supplies, hygiene items and other necessities.
So far this year, HLF has fulfilled requests to help 2,518 students and the demand is growing! I have personally requested funds for dozens of my students this year, and I have seen first hand the positive impact that HLF has had for our students.
By donating money to HLF, we are supporting students and families in our community. No student should be left behind in education because of financial challenges.
