Good Foot provides meaningful employment for the neuro-diverse community through a reliable, professional courier service delivered via public transit and foot.

A 2012 Canadian Survey on Disability found that the employment rate for adults identifying with autism was only 14%, compared to nearly 93% for the general population. Good Foot recognizes the numerous benefits gained by employing people from this untapped employment pool - from enhanced productivity to improved employee engagement to low levels of absenteeism. We believe that creating and fostering an inclusive environment is good for business. 

Founded in 2010, we have successfully built a community for our neuro-diverse delivery team and provided opportunities for independence, self-direction and responsibility for our 30+ Couriers. Our comprehensive approach to professional and life skills training also develops work-related transferable skills that improve long-term employability. 

By working at Good Foot, Couriers build social, professional and life skills. The development of these skills, coupled with paid employment, allows Couriers to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
