On Oct 19th, a handful of the team at Silversmith Brewing Company & I are walking around the Pen Centre in high-heels to raise money for Gillian’s Place in St. Catharines. This marks the first time we, as a team have taken part in this event. I've had the privilege of working with Gillian's Place over the last two years since joining Silversmith. This is yet another great community initiative we're stoked to be involved in.

“As one of Ontario's first shelters for survivors of abuse and violence, Gillian’s Place has been providing safe refuge and non-residential programs that enable women, gender-and sexually-diverse folks, and their children to break the cycle of violence for over 40 years.
