For 100 years, the Gabriola Island Community Hall has been used for weddings, funerals, dances, polling stations, sports, meetings and celebrations of all kinds. The annual Salmon BBQ is one of the best attended events of the year. The Hall is part of the fabric of our lives and we believe that most Gabriolans visit the Hall to attend at least one happening every year. The current building is now 34 years old and in need of major maintenance. With your funding help, we also hope to develope some of the many suggestions you have given us.
