Our Mission
The mission of the Friends of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum is to promote the knowledge and understanding of Saskatchewan's natural and human history through active support of the Museum and by encouraging public involvement and financial support of the Museum and its educational and scientific activities.
About FRIENDS OF THE ROYAL SASKATCHEWAN MUSEUM
The Friends of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in 1986. We support the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in a number of way, including by offering public programs that are child, youth, family and adult focused. We also operate the gift shop at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum as well as the gift shop at the T.rex Discovery Centre in Eastend, SK, and all proceeds from sales in both stores go back to programming and initiatives at the Museum. In addition, we also provide financial support and assistance for the on-going research that is conducted by the Royal Saskatchewan Museum.
