Join us for a momentous celebration as TASSO marks its 25th Anniversary!
The Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra (TASSO) is not just a band; it is a vibrant community that has captivated audiences with the enchanting sound of Steelpan music for 25 years. Under the visionary leadership of Salmon Cupid, TASSO has transformed from a small alumni ensemble into an internationally acclaimed orchestra, showcasing the remarkable talents of over 480 young musicians since its inception, with a current membership of 50 talented individuals aged 8 to 18 from diverse backgrounds across the Greater Toronto Area.
At the TASSO 25th Anniversary Gala, you will enjoy a star-studded evening filled with exceptional music, delicious food, exciting auctions, and the opportunity to connect with TASSO Alumni, family, friends, supporters and community leaders.
Raising Funds for Project Harmony - Building a Home for Steelpan Youth
The proceeds from the 25th Anniversary Gala will support PROJECT HARMONY, TASSO’s transformative initiative to establish a permanent home and rehearsal space, create North America’s first “panyard” for outdoor performances, and expand outreach programs to engage more youth in Toronto.
