Overview

Professional and emerging dancers are welcome to attend the online zoom platform based Brain-Body Connection Professional Development Series hosted by Free Flow Dance Theatre free of charge. If you would like and can afford to make a donation to support the future of the company please do! We are pleased to host this series of workshops with the support of the Community Initiative Fund, City of Saskatoon and Sasktel.

Terril will be teaching 29th 2:30-4pm CST.

Movement for Stress-Reduction and Injury Prevention:

The sessions will be based on Restorative Yoga, Alexander and Feldenkreis techniques, and the work of both Donna Eden (“Energy Magic”) and Meir Schneider (Centre for Self-Healing).

My desire has always been to empower, inspire, inform, and engage those I teach.  I believe in respecting every person’s potential for learning, no matter what their level of skill and experience.  Encouragement is far more useful than criticism, in my experience, and judgement is to be avoided altogether.

Come participate in this timely and much-needed workshop. Movers of all backgrounds are welcome to attend.
