Overview

Professional and emerging dancers are welcome to attend the online zoom platform based Brain-Body Connection Professional Development Series hosted by Free Flow Dance Theatre free of charge. If you would like and can afford to make a donation to support the future of the company please do! We are pleased to host this series of workshops with the support of the Community Initiative Fund, City of Saskatoon and Sasktel.

Finding Yourself in the Milieu

Mitchell is pleased to be sharing his love of cross-disciplinary work in upcoming Brain Body Workshop: Dance Across Disciplines: Finding Yourself in the Milieu. Focusing on the ways in which other performance arts can enhance our skills as dancers, participants will have the opportunity to take part in artistic exercises that Mitchell has found essential in his multidisciplinary work, offering them a chance to revitalize their practice, step outside of their comfort zones, and synthesize new understanding in an encouraging environment.
