The Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation builds partnerships with individuals, community organizations and businesses to support our local hospitals and health care services wtihin the Fraser Valley Regional Hospital District. The includes the communities of Abbotsford, Agassiz, Chilliwack, Hope, and Mission in the Eastern Fraser Valley. Not only do we support equipment, education and comforts for the acute care sites, we also fundraise for residential facilities and for Home Health, Mental Health and Public Health in our communities.
