Canada Life Hikes for Happiness

Please join us on October 2, 2022 for this year’s Hike for Happiness. Money is raised go to Family Services Thames Valley to pay for counseling on a pay what you can basis.

This is the Canada Life corporately sponsored team and I such every dollar raised up to $10,000 is matched by Canada Life.

We are planning an in person hike near London, Ontario. But if you are not comfortable hiking in a group you can Hike with your family your friends or in your bubble.

If you don’t live near London we encourage you to join our team and Hike in the city you live in on October 2, 2022. Where are yellow and spread the Happiness of ending mental health stigma.
