There's great need for music training in Jamaica. The Government has expressed the desire for more formal training in reading music & playing of instruments in schools. A policy statement is expected in the near future. The intervention by Equip to Serve is most timely & strategic.

Music Camp had a lot to do with Maggotty School choir placing 2nd in the December, 2016 Jamaica Sings! Competition. Camp exposed student to new concepts; they now perceive music in a new way. A strong respect, higher value and support for music study has resulted in students & staff."
