Since 1995 Encompass Support Services Society has been providing excellent services to the Langley communities. In 2011, Aldergrove Neighbourhood Services Society and Family and Youth Services Society took part in a merger process that lead to one larger agency under the umbrella of Encompass Support Services Society. We currently hold a three year accreditation through CARF Canada. CARF accreditation demonstrates our commitment to continually improve services, encourage feedback and serve the community.

Encompass Support Services Society is a grassroots, non-profit agency that provides a wide range of enriching and essential programs and support services in Langley and Aldergrove. Every day, we endeavor to help build strong, sustainable communities by offering inclusive, accessible services and activities tailored to meet the changing needs of the individuals we serve. Activities and supports are designed to build new skills, foster healthy productive lifestyles and improve access to services within our community.  Services are low barrier, all-inclusive and are free to participants.  Specific programs have been adjusted to accommodate community needs and are focused on enhancing access for all participants.  

Encompass Support Services Society programs are well-subscribed and supported throughout the community. Annually, we provide services to over 2500 individuals and families.  With an annual operational budget of 7 million dollars, we would not be able to deliver our programs effectively without the collaboration and partnerships with other community organizations. Through our community partnerships we are able to maximize many of our resources to deliver effective and timely programming.

Partners include local service providers, school district, government, businesses, the faith community, the local library and others. We are able to be responsive and accommodate community need as we have multiple funding partners and outreach services that can be delivered in multiple locations. To sustain and enhance the excellent services we provide, we are always working in partnerships and searching for opportunities to enhance and sustain the programs we successfully deliver. Encompass Support Services Society enjoys an excellent reputation for delivering programs throughout the Langley communities.
