Our Mission
EDCL provides support to individuals with an intellectual disability and their families in the Townships of Woolwich, Wellesley, and Mapleton in the Waterloo Region. EDCL's vision is that the individuals we support live with dignity and respect which includes; choice, opportunity, citizenship, unique to each person.
