The Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County opened their doors in 1989 and is located in Barrie, ON. We are celebrating 25 years of providing programs and services throughout Simcoe County. Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County is a non-profit, community based registered charity. We provide services to women and youth who are at risk of homelessness or homeless with our trusteeship program and our women's shelter. We provide services for youth, women, and men who are or at risk of being criminalized.
The Elizabeth Fry Society of Simcoe County envisions healthy, hopeful, and empowered individuals, supported by a community that understands the challenges, stigmas, and systemic issues faced by those at risk.
