For over 30 years, the Edmonton Down Syndrome Society has been at the forefront of advocating for the Down syndrome community in our service area. One of the most significant events organized by the society is the Walk for Down Syndrome, which attracts participants from Edmonton and the surrounding region. This inspiring event celebrates the diversity and abilities of our community while serving as a powerful symbol of solidarity and support for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Our society’s relentless efforts have made a lasting impact, and we continue to be an invaluable resource for the community.

📍 Location: Rundle Park, Edmonton

⏰ Schedule:

Registration opens at 9:30 AM
The 2 km walk begins at 10:30 AM
Lunch will be served starting at 11:00 AM
Event concludes at 12:30 PM

Registration Costs:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Package (2 adults, 2 youth): $75

🧍 Adult: $25

🧒 Youth: $15
