Details

Join us for our 4th annual Nature’s Nourishment fundraiser on Sunday, September 11, from 4 to 7 pm at EALT’s headquarters, the Edmonton Community Foundation (9910 - 103 Street, Edmonton, AB).

Enjoy being served gourmet appetizers, savouring the choices at decadent food stations, and sipping on succulent wines, while mingling with fellow guests. The gourmet foods, artfully prepared by Mercer’s Catering, brilliantly incorporate local and natural ingredients. This ultimate and fun food experience will be a feast for the eyes as well as the palette.

Besides these tempting treats, we will have more for you to enjoy: there will be unique, interactive displays for you to explore our conservation work, including some up-close-and-personal views, including our bee hotels and how they work.  And we’ll have a live wildlife visitor there too – really!

You can explore the newly renovated Hilltop House and its brand new extension with a large deck, and discover our very special guests and active displays, to learn more about EALT’s local conservation efforts. In fact, those interested can visit the ECF's very own bee hotel in action, and see that some of the tunnels have already been successfully plugged to keep the next generation of bees safe and fed.

Nature’s Nourishment is a celebration of the land and its bounty, local food, and communal gathering. All proceeds go to support the Edmonton and Area Land Trust’s work to conserve the region’s natural areas, in perpetuity. Funds will support the environmental stewardship of more than 1,500 acres of natural spaces and contribute to the expansion of the areas protected by the land trust.

Ticket purchasers will receive a tax receipt for approximately $100 per ticket after the event. Please note, tax receipts will be automatically generated therefore we will not be able to make adjustments to the recipient once the tickets have been purchased. In other words, if you and a friend are attending together and each of you require a tax receipt for your ticket, you each need to purchase your tickets separately.

Buy your tickets now, as space is more limited than in previous years.
