About East Hants Family Resource Centre
We are a non-profit charitable organization providing free programming to parents, caregivers, children and their families in what is known as the Corridor area of East Hants. We offer prenatal programs (Mommy2B), new parent programs (Baby Time), family programs ranging from play time to positive parenting (Family Time, How to Talk, Strengthening Families, Little Treasures), and family literacy programs. We offer Roots of Empathy programming in a local elementary, Tumblebugs, Alphabet Soup in Motion and workshops on topics such as sleeping through the night and potty training.
