E2 Society for Twice-Exceptional Learners operates E2 Academy, a small Designated Special Education Private School for students who struggle to have their unique needs met in a traditional classroom setting. We deliver an individualized, unique talent-and strength-based program of instruction adapted to the needs of twice-exceptional leaners and their families.

Twice-exceptional children are ingenious, intuitive, outside-the-box thinkers. These amazing children, as well as being gifted, also have a range of diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Tourette syndrome, PTSD, severe anxiety disorder, OCD, and other differences that make the learning process in a typical school very difficult. At E2 Academy, these differences are celebrated.

E2 Academy exists to provide these families with a welcoming community that recognizes their children’s strengths and their right to grow in a school, make friends in a community of peers, pursue their passions while being exposed to a well-rounded curriculum, and develop social and community awareness that will eventually support them to be positive, contributing members of society.

Our academic staff and and leadership are flexible, understanding and creative in their approaches and they typically have personal experience with neurodiversity. Our team is specifically chosen for their commitment to the school's vision of supporting this underserved population. Each child is unique and the individual relationships built within the school foster a safe space for them to grow and discover their abilities and passions. Our team is invested in establishing a strong self-advocacy to give each child ownership over their learning.
