Our Mission
The Durham Down Syndrome Association's mission is to support families and people who have Down syndrome, by ensuring we advocate, educate and raise awareness with the public and communities. We also wish to ensure that all people who have Down syndrome have the same opportunities as all other community members and to also ensure that they reach their fullest potential and live a meaningful life.
