Did you know that fishing has been found to reduce perceptual stress and PTSD symptoms in veterans and first responders? Fishing has also been linked to reduction in anxiety, depression and negative mood states.

A study compiled by the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF) shows simply being near water can naturally help lower anxiety, leading to a healthier and more relaxed lifestyle.
