About Deaf & Hear Alberta
Deaf and Hear Alberta is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the accessibility, advocacy, education and communication needs of the Deaf, deafened and hard of hearing populations of Alberta. Our head office is in Calgary, Alberta, with a branch office in Edmonton.
Our expertise lies in communication access -- through interpreting, assistive and safety equipment, training and education for hearing loss prevention and management, and strengthening public awareness and understanding.
