It was suggested to MORY by Dr. Lang's associates at the Western Hospital that he join DWP Mory loved to dance so this became his favourite activity Monday afternoons with Sarah until they closed down the site at York Mills and Yonge. But once COVID started and the programme became available on Zoom, he started doing it daily, no matter where he was. I started doing with him to encourage him and realized that I too have benefited and love coming on whenever or wherever I am. So I encourage everyone to help those with Parkinson's across the country and across the world to be able to continue to dance daily with a wonderful support community. We have dancers in the USA and even a few have joined from India, the UK and Israel at times. It's amazing to be instructed by energetic compassionate dance instructors daily.
