The CSI Institute is a registered charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Institute is committed to helping Canadians make real, lasting, positive change in their communities by providing accessible and inclusive social innovation education and training, building connections, and providing affordable access to co-working spaces for those facing economic barriers. We believe everyone can be part of the solution.

The Next Economy, one that  is regenerative, equitable, and prosperous for all, is central to the work and educational offerings we are providing at the Centre for Social Innovation Institute. Together we can bring the most promising and transformative models, enterprises and solutions to reality!

Our programs include:

• Labs, social R&D and prototypes that identify new and improved models that can transform existing paradigms and reveal market opportunities. One of our most recent examples is the Financialisation Of Housing project this is finding solutions to rethink housing to close wealth and income inequality gaps in Canada
• Education and acceleration for innovators who want to implement innovative solutions. develop leadership skills and entrepreneurial competencies that equip people, organizations and systems with the skills, knowledge and networks to learn and evolve their practice. Currently we are educating entrepreneurs in Climate Ventures and through the Social Ventures program WOSEN (Women of Social Enterprise Network)
• Community of Wealth programming: strengthening community infrastructure and placing control and ownership into the hands of local residents to build neighborhood economies, sustainability, and wealth. 
• Educating innovators about climate change and helping them find solutions and adaptations, providing connections and resources to help them go bigger, deeper and faster to drive greater impact. 
• Connections: connecting the community to each other with convenings, communities of practice, socials, networking and animation both face-to-face and online.
