I am excited for my first adventure with Cops for Kids and the ability to fundraise for a great cause, putting the wheels to the road over 1000km and 10 days to show the commitment to helping children facing illness, disability, or traumatic crisis.
On Friday September 5th I'll be a part of a team of law enforcement officials who depart on the 10 day Cops for Kids Ride across South Eastern BC to raise funds and awareness for local children facing illness, disability, or traumatic crisis. As a team, we will cycle the mountainous terrain of our region to raise the funds needed by families in their time of crisis. Together, we will be able to provide financial assistance for children when there's nowhere else to turn.
