Pregnancy Resources & Grief Support
Non-Profit Community Centre.
All of our Services are Free & Confidential.
As a Community Centre one of our goals is to assist with poverty relief.
We offer practical supports such as diapers, formula, clothing (many other children and pregnancy resources) and groceries.
Our other programs fit into 2 categories Prevention & Recovery.
Prevention Programs:
- Helping Children with Loss Program: 4-weeks for adults working with or caring for children experiencing grief and loss.
- Grief Support Meetings for Students: Educational 1-1 grief support meetings for students experiencing grief and loss.
- Options Counselling: A support worker will review the pregnancy options guide. For medical questions you will be referred to your family doctor or the walk-in medical clinic.
- Resource Room: Practical resources for people on a budget. Formula, diapers, other baby items and grocery items to names a few to assist with poverty relief.
Recovery Programs:
- Grief support following a miscarriage.
- Grief support following an abortion.
- Grief support for those experiencing relationship grief and trauma.
We also have several educational pregnancy and parenting programs.
