About Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta
Founded on trust and established in 1992 the Community Foundation is a non-political, non-governmental registered public charity.
As Southeastern Alberta’s community foundation we help new and experienced philanthropists establish individual and collective endowed charitable funds.
All endowment funds are placed in a professionally managed investment portfolio. An annual independent audit of the Foundation is public information.
Every six months we award grants in the fields of; Arts & Culture, Children & Youth, Families, Education, Environment, Health & Recreation, Seniors and Social Services.
We regularly connect and collaborate with community members to address South Eastern Alberta’s most pressing needs.
