This year I have had the opportunity to work with the Palliative care community team of Kawartha Lakes.  Hospice is part of Community Care and I am excited to be walking with my colleagues and friends to support our patients!  So many of us have been touched by family with life-limiting illness.  We want to be there to try to help make life all it can be for patients and families going through illness and bereavement.  It would be amazing if you could help contribute to this organization
