Join us for a family friendly concert including your favorite sing-along Christmas songs and a special band arrangement of The Nutcracker with the Codiac Concert Band Friday night, December 8 at 7 pm.

Ticket sales will support our capacity to offer free community concerts held in public places and at long-term care facilities.

In the hopes of renewing interest in school concert bands, which have been especially affected by the pandemic, we offer free admission to children accompanied by their parents, including high school students

About This Charity

The Codiac Concert Band organisation provides a forum for local musicians to express and develop their musical interests, while also promoting the educational, musical and cultural values of concert bands and concert band music. The purpose of the band is to advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by providing high-quality public performances of concert band music and by providing free performances for audiences that may not be able to attend regular performances. Its members believe in the importance of future generations of local musicians and in giving back to the community. Members of the Codiac Concert Band represent the diversity of the Tri-Community area and beyond. We are very proud to be formed of semi-professional musicians, amateur musicians and students, members who vary in age from 14 to 80.
