Who We Are
CNEWA Canada (Catholic Near East Welfare Association) is the Holy Father's special agency for the Eastern Catholic churches. Present in Canada since 2005, CNEWA Canada continues its mission today under the guidance of Pope Francis.
Our Impact
CNEWA has been a lifeline for the poor throughout the Middle East, Northeast Africa, India and Eastern Europe - with work in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ukraine and surrounding countries.
