Ride, Flow, Support

"Ride, Flow, Support" isn’t just a workout for participants — it’s an opportunity to support local children and youth on difficult journeys!

On February 2, 2025, participants will sweat and stretch through a cycling and sun salutation challenge at Cyclone Spin Studio and Big Bliss Hot Yoga. Each pedal and pose will be done to provide young victims of crime with compassionate, trauma-informed care.

About Child Witness Centre (CWC):

When child and youth victims of abuse and crime are supported through the criminal justice system, their healing begins, trauma is reduced, and futures become much brighter. That is why the team at CWC walks with young survivors and their families, from the time of investigation, through to a court resolution.

Last year alone, CWC supported 1,011 young people and 793 caregivers, from Waterloo Region, Guelph, and Wellington County. Unfortunately, 318 young people had to spend time on their waitlist which began in 2022 due to CWC facing high demand and stretched resources.
