CHATS is using our 40 years of experience and knowledge to support the growing number of older adults and their caregivers in York Region and South Simcoe. We have built our reputation on our caring volunteers and staff, the choice and flexibility we offer seniors/caregivers, our cost-effective volunteer-driven model, and our passion for independence and wellness. CHATS is dedicated to assisting older adults and caregivers to live best at home and in their communities.

Facilitated by a skilled team of 400 volunteers and over 300 staff, CHATS embraces professional business savvy with caring, compassionate dedication – a unique combination that ultimately benefits our clients, our community partners and the communities we serve.
