Losing someone close to you is never easy. For me, that’s meant saying goodbye to my dear friend Mamta and my wonderful Zio, Zio Al. Their memories remind me of how important it is to have support during tough times.
The Centre for Grief & Healing is there for people who are navigating their own journeys through grief. They provide free support and are working hard to ensure these supports can continue, but they need our help to do so.
Every donation helps the Centre for Grief & Healing provide vital support to those in need. This year, the goal for the Duz team is $1000.00. Every $20 donation is eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
