Learning to navigate life without him has been a journey, an incredibly hard journey. GRIEF has no manual, it comes in waves, good days and bad days, there is no right or wrong way to grief, and no two grief journeys are alike!
Help the Centre for Grief & Healing raise much-needed funds and honour my Dad is something I feel called to do, this support group helped me through my darkest/toughest days.. and now it’s my time to give back! Anything helps, nothing is too small!
