Overview
For this 11th edition of the Espoirs culinaires event, students of La Cité's culinary programs will be showcasing ingredients and culinary traditions of various francophone countries in partnership with the Groupe des ambassadeurs et ambassadrices francophones d'Ottawa (Group of Francophone Ambassadors of Ottawa).
All proceeds go to the Vanier Community Services Centre's Family Services.
Details
5 pm: Cocktail and hors-d'oeuvres competition by Ottawa high school students
6 pm: Doors open to the ExcentriCité room
6:30 pm: Opening and beginning of dinner service
8 pm: Desert table
9 pm: End of the event
