Ken - Riding for C.O.A.C.H. & Heart Health

Hi There!

My name is Ken Schneider and I'm riding to support our community's C.O.A.C.H program and the great work they do to assist and educate folks for the health of their hearts.

I experienced a heart attack two years ago and was fortunate enough to have a blockage corrected without major damage to my heart. 

Through the care of my doctor and the staff at C.O.A.C.H. I learned about my heart and how to achieve a healthier life after heart attack.

My goal is to ride 250km before Sept 30th.
