Hike for Hospice Palliative Care

Carefor Hospice Cornwall opened its doors to local palliative care patients in the fall of 2009. Since that date, it has provided end of life care to 1200+ residents and their families. All services are free of charge to the patient. Hike for Hospice helps to raise much-needed funds to assist in the continued operation of the hospice.

Collect pledges from your supporters, and join us for the Hike for Hospice on Sunday, May 7 at Carefor Hospice in Cornwall in support of local palliative care! Registration opens at 12:30PM, and we start our walk at 1:00PM!
