So all can learn
45 years ago, the doors of CanLearn Society opened to provide services for students with learning disabilities. Now each year, over two thousand children, youth and adults with learning, attention, literacy and social-emotional challenges access our programs and services - many report feeling hopeful about the future for the first time.
CanLearn helps people write their future, their way. Our team of psychologists, counselors, literacy specialists, and coaches identify strengths and opportunities for development, can provide diagnoses, create strategies, and support people on their lifelong journeys of learning and well-being. We share our clients’ hopes, helping them to strengthen skills, gain more confidence, and accelerate progress towards goals.
Over one-in-five Calgarians struggle with learning, literacy and attention issues. So, for every individual that we reach, many still need our help. Every day, children struggle in school, parents feel powerless to help, adults falter at work and fear losing their jobs.
With your support, we can help individuals and families overcome these challenges and move on to a life of confidence and purpose.
Donate to CanLearn today to unlock potential so all can learn.
