OSI-CAN (Operational Stress Injury Canada) offers FREE, confidential support to military veterans, RCMP and public safety personnel in Saskatchewan who face mental health challenges stemming from exposure to traumatic events.

Our mission is to inspire hope, promote healing, and support the ongoing well-being of these brave individuals across Saskatchewan. Through peer and professional support, we strive to empower veterans and front-line protectors on their journey toward recovery. We also work to raise public awareness about the mental health challenges faced by those who serve our communities. No formal diagnosis or referral is required to access our services — we are here when you need us.

OSI-CAN has been there for me since I first came looking for help.  Between the Peer Support Group, whose members have been around for my highest stresses, even away from the meetings and Equine Therapy, OSI-CAN has given me a perspective that I can achieve a life outside my pain and fear. 

There have been times where I was lying on the floor in my basement hiding from showing my family how I was feeling; I would call the leaders of OSI-CAN for help. Those leaders talked me down so I could be with my family again, not wanting to die anymore to end the pain and fear.  OSI-CAN has saved my life in so many ways that I now want to pass on to others in need of support!
