We create opportunities and connections for people of all ages to understand and nurture their mental health and well-being. Through the creation of innovative programs and supports, we help people develop skills and resilience so they can live their best lives possible.

We do this through:

We know that 1/3 people in Canada will experience a mental illness or substance use disorder in their lifetime. CMHA Kelowna & District Branch offers a wide variety of programs designed to meet the needs of individuals and families in our community where they are at.

Our Impact

At CMHA Kelowna we believe that a mentally healthy community is possible. It is the guiding principle for everything we do. As a multiservice organization, it means empowering people to take steps to feel good about themselves and their lives is woven into every program, every service, and every resource we provide.

From youth mental health services, to accessible counselling, to addictions services and supportive housing, to homelessness prevention and community education, we meet each individual where they are at, providing responsive supports and resources tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
