I'll be skiing to support the Canadian Mental Health Association's Supportive Housing Program.
I'm hoping to ski more than 50km during the relay... the most I've skiied in one day before is 27km!
While a day of skiing on great trails will be good for my own mental health, any support you give through my page will be used to support services contributing to the care of those struggling with mental health challenges.
