Our Mission

The Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation (CAEF) is a registered Canadian charity, previously operating as Speakers Action Group (SAG).

CAEF provides information and education to the Canadian public, governments and media, professional and community groups, students and others on issues of antisemitism and ethnic or faith-based discrimination, how to recognize it, prevent it, confront it. We have incorporated the work of  Canadians for Israel's Legal Rights (CILR) because teaching truth is our best tool in the fight against antisemitism and its new morphed and malicious version, Anti-Zionism.

Recognizing that anti-Zionism IS the new antisemitism, CAEF promotes the adoption and implementation of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism, which has been adopted by over 30 countries, including Canada. 

This definition includes a set of principles that state:

Challenges to Israel's right to exist or criticizing policies of Israel, but not applying the same to any other country or holding Israel to a standard not applicable to any other country, IS discriminatory and is antisemitic.
