about

Formerly known as the Campbellford/Seymour Community Foundation

Our Mission

Champion the gifts of energy, ideas and money to enhance meaningful and lasting impacts through grants, stewardship, leadership and partnership that benefit our community.

Our Vision

A strong, healthy, connected, inclusive and caring community.

Our Purpose is threefold:

- To promote philanthropy across Northumberland County through donor engagement opportunities.

- To provide leadership and collaborate with community service organizations to identify community needs and opportunities to improve all citizens’ quality of life.

- To seek partnerships with others to fund projects and programs that will enhance the vibrant communities in Northumberland County.

About Community Foundations

Community Foundations bring together people who care about their communities. They are independent, volunteer driven, charitable organizations that aim to strengthen their communities by facilitating philanthropy, by partnering with donors to build permanent endowments and other funds from which they support community projects, and by providing leadership on issues of broad community concern.

By giving to the Community Foundation of Campbellford/Seymour and Northumberland, you can create or contribute to an endowment, which is a permanent charitable giving fund that will grow and generate income over time, enabling grants to be given now and forever.

Please note: Canada Helps charges a 4% administration fee to process our online gifts. The Community Foundation will receive your gift less the administration fee into the chosen fund.
