YYC Hot Chocolate Fest - February 1st - 28th, 2025
Supporting local businesses and building stronger communities. That is what YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is about. For over a decade, YYC Hot Chocolate Fest has been bringing Calgarians together to support local businesses while helping Calgary Meals on Wheels ensure all of our neighbors are well-fed.
Now, with more than 200 locations participating in last year's event, YYC Hot Chocolate Fest has become a staple in countless Calgarians' winter event calendars. Become a vendor in this year's YYC Hot Chocolate Fest and promote your business while also giving back to a local charity.
Together, we will ensure that YYC Hot Chocolate Fest 2025 is a success.

YYC Hot Chocolate Fest is a friendly competition to find the best regular and spirited hot chocolate in YYC. What could possibly make the event even sweeter? A minimum of $1, $2 or $3 from every hot chocolate sold supports Calgary Meals on Wheels.
Register for the 14th Annual YYC Hot Chocolate Fest and compete to win the title of “Best Hot Chocolate” in Calgary while raising funds for Calgary Meals on Wheels.
Register between November 12 – November 30 and get Early Bird pricing of $74.99 per Hot Chocolate [+ $9.99 per additional location].
December 1, the registration fee will increase to $99.99 [+ $9.99 per additional location].
LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 FEE.
Each additional location is $9.99. Vendors who have multiple locations (under the same name) are required to pay an additional $9.99 per location to help cover the administrative time required.
Drink Registration – How It Works:
- All vendors who have multiple locations (under the same name) are required to pay an additional $9.99 per location to help cover the administrative time required.
- 1 Drink, 1 location = 1 Registration of $74.99
- 2 Drinks, 1 location = 2 Registrations of $74.99 +$74.99 *this means one location is selling 2 hot chocolates
- 1 Drink, 2 locations = 1 Registration of $74.99 + $9.99 *this means the same drink is being sold at more than 1 location.
Once you have registered, we will email you a link to a google form to complete and submit your company & drink details
** Please note that if you wish to have two different drinks in the competition you must pay a for a second registration.
** Please also note you can have both a spirted and non-spirited version of the same drink for one registration fee as long as the ingredients are exactly the same other than the alcohol. If the ingredients are completely different, that will be counted as a separate drink/registration.
Please note, as per CRA regulations tickets to register for the event are not tax deductible. However, the donation made at the end of the event based on hot chocolates sold will be receipted.
