Our Mission
The Calgary Flames Foundation is the charitable arm of the Calgary Flames Hockey club. The mission of the Calgary Flames Foundation is to improve the lives of southern Albertans through the support of health and wellness, education and grassroots sports programming. We want to use the power of sport to create healthier communities.
Fundraising initiatives include 50/50 draws at Flames Games, contests and special events such as the Flames Ambassadors Celebrity Poker Tournament.
Since the team moved to Calgary in 1980, the Calgary Flames Foundation has injected over $55 million into the southern Alberta community, helping kids play and prosper.
