About CMOW
Established in 1984, our volunteer-driven, charitable organization provides meals services as well as health and wellness programs to seniors and people with disabilities living in Caledon, Orangeville and surrounding areas.
Our services and programs include: hot meal, frozen meal, and grocery delivery with security checks, health and wellness programs, friendly volunteer visiting, and Project Lifesaver. With the support of our programs and services, our clients are able to live independently in their homes and remain in their communities.
