Hi, I’m Joshua Martin,
I am an Education major at Burman University, I’ve always felt called to help both children and adults. I immigrated to Canada at the age of 7, and this experience has shaped my desire to serve others and make a positive impact on their lives. As someone born in the Philippines, I’ve always seen firsthand the need for support and love in the lives of children and families. It has been my passion to serve others and share Christ’s love, which has led me to realize that I can make a difference in ways I never imagined. This year, I’m thrilled to take the next step in my faith journey through my first international mission trip.
This spring, I’ll be joining Burman University's "Mabuhay" team for a mission trip to Silang, Philippines. We’ll serve at an orphanage, assist with a medical clinic, support church services, and contribute to community development efforts.
To make this trip possible, I’m aiming to raise $4,500 to cover travel, accommodations, and supplies. Your generous donation will not only help bring this mission to life but also support the lives of those we serve.
