Overview

The First Annual Lifestyle Medicine and Flourishing Symposium: Moving from Evidence to Practice

Brought to you by the Burman University LIFEstyle Medicine and Flourishing Centre

This weekend symposium brings together experts in the field of lifestyle medicine and flourishing including three past presidents of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) to move the field of lifestyle medicine forward in Canada.

With an abundance of evidence for the value of lifestyle medicine, there is now a need to raise greater awareness and build momentum for its application in the areas of prevention, treatment, and reversal of common chronic illnesses in Canada.

Come join us for this symposium that will offer healthy plant-based meals, incredible opportunities to network, and mountaintop experiences in Banff!

With keynote speaker Dr. John Kelly, MD, MPH, FACLM Founding President of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM)

Other speakers include:

Marc Braman, MD, MPH, FACLM
Wayne Dysinger, MD, MPH, FACLM
Hussain Khimji, MD
Emmanuel Gye, MD
